    • Mortgage Statements and Loan Documents: Required by lenders to confirm the current balance, remaining amortization, and property details. 
    • Property Tax Records: Show current property taxes owed. 
    • Title Report: Indicates any liens or outstanding title issues. 
    • Deed: The legal document that transfers ownership to the buyer. 
    • Seller Disclosure: Lists known defects or negative conditions about the property. 
    • Closing Statement: Outlines all expenses and fees associated with the sale.
